RETURN POLICY

At Onongarden, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak seasons or promotions, order processing time may be slightly delayed.

Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

🕒 Return Period

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods (based on tracking information).

Goods must be returned within 30 days of return approval.

All goods must be returned in one shipment.

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
In original packaging
Includes all accessories and documents
No visible signs of wear
Returned within the specified timeframe

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide return labels.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective goods).

We recommend using traceable shipping methods.

We are not responsible for lost or misplaced returns.

💰 Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email after the refund is complete.

Refund includes:

✔ Standard shipping fee (only applicable if the product is defective or the wrong item was sent)

Refund does not include:

✘ Express or expedited shipping fee

Missing original packaging or accessories

Unauthorized return

If a return is refused, the customer must bear the pickup costs.
